Use of the service
India Jameen helps you research Maharashtra land parcels from a map pin. Use the service only for lawful purposes. Paste Maps links and share locations only when you are entitled to research them. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that harms availability for others.
No legal or financial advice
Profiles, place readings, UDCPR-guided uses, Ready Reckoner figures, and PDFs are indicative research aids only. They are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and they are not a certified appraisal, title search, survey, or sanctioned planning permission. Always verify title, zoning, buffers, and rates with qualified professionals and official sources before any transaction.
Limitation of liability
India Jameen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information from the service — including decisions to buy, sell, develop, or finance land.
Intellectual property
The India Jameen name, branding, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use reports generated for your own research. You may not copy, resell, or republish the product or its content without permission, except as allowed by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service.
